Too Wet to Plow Might as Well Dance!

Long ago someone gave me a poster that said “Too wet to plow might as well Dance” it hung on my door for years and acted like a portal into optimism when life seemed gloomy. This quip seems to be a good  reminder of how to navigate in seas of constant change. Life on Earth is so mushy and confusing.  Trying  to take a firm hand to control thing will only create frustration. With 5 planets in now in Aries we all may feel the urge to take off somewhere but don’t know where, or lead to a feeling of extreme overwhelm. Ask yourself:

Is this where you came from or where you're going?

Mercury will go direct April 23  and will relieve some pressure. Until then we have the Full Moon in Libra April 17th.  Libra  is ruled by Venus so  the need for balance and justice will be opposing the Sun in  Aries and his insistence on freedom.

Relationships will be at the forefront of our consciences. Use the light of the Sun and Moon to guide you to deeper understanding of your beloved other.  That other may be a person, a place or an idea. Seeking equanimity is at the Heart of the Libra Full Moon. Take life by hand  (connect) and promenade  (move) around the dance hall a few times and see if things don’t look a little different when  you take a break to listen to the music of the spring time.  April 20th the Sun will enter Earthy Taurus until then let’s relish the fun side of  Aries:

Aries the first sign of the Zodiac also, represents all thing new and youthful. It likes to Play.  Hafiz suggests we all join in the “Wonderful Game”.

A Suspended Blue Ocean

The sky

Is a suspended blue ocean.

The stars are the fish

That swim.

The planets are the white whales

I sometimes hitch a ride on,

And the sun and all light

Have forever fused themselves

Into my heart and upon

My skin.

There is only one rule

On this Wild Playground,

For every sign Hafiz has ever seen

Reads the same.

They all say,

“Have fun, my dear; my dear, have fun,

In the Beloved’s Divine

Game,

O, in the Beloved’s

Wonderful Game.”
